Bookkeeping services, preparing for Making Tax DIgital

  We provide a very reasonably priced bookkeeping service. Both in person (in the Southampton area) or online.
 
  We maintain accounts payable and receivable, carry out bank and credit card reconciliations and payroll processing and prepare monthly management accounts. We are experienced in using most of the accounting, payroll and data extraction software programs, including:
Xero, Quickbooks, Sage, Pandle, VT Transaction+, Excel, Brightpay, Dext and AutoEntry.

  Under Making Tax Digital, from 6th April 2026 persons who have annual gross income of more than £50,000 from self-employment and/or property letting will be req`uired  to keep their records digitally. This can be achieved by using approved accounting software or a combination of a spreadsheet and bridging software. 

  Under MTD, the individual is required to submit quarterly updates to HMRC of business/property income and expenses.
